Return policy:

 

Any claims for misprinted or damaged or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must also be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date (the date will be mentioned in the confirmation Email that you will get after the purchase).

 

We are all human beings, mistakes sometimes happen. Let us make it right - Please contact us by writing us an Email to – hi@wineshiksa.com.

 

Claims that would not be covered (or partly covered):

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Money paid for the product would not be returned if you will choose not to ship the product again. 

 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of the second time shipment. Money paid for the product would not be returned if you will choose not to ship the product again. 

 

Size exchanges - Please order the right size (if in doubt – order one size bigger). Know that we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. If you will ship the product back, different product or other size of the same product, would be considered as a new order.

 

Notification for EU consumers - According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal not be providedbecause the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

In the rare casesthat a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. In many cases, it is found that thedelivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. If this is the case, you should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."

 

As a small business, we try to bring you the best service we can, but we can’t do it without a bit cooperation from your side. Please be a responsible customer, write your address right (home or business address) and check all the details (like size) before buying the product.

Shipping:

 

It takes about 2-5 business days to create a t-shirt or a hoodie. Don’t forget to add the shipping times on top of that. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

​

Speed and price of the shipment will depend on product type and destination. You can see in “product description” of each product from whereit could be shipped. For example: if it’s written “shipping from US” that will mean that if you’re shipping it to Spain, Germany or any other EU country it will cost a bit more for shipment than if it was “shipping from EU” (see the table below).

Notice that the shipment costs rated above are just the flat rates. We will try to lower the prices by using live rates (real-time rates for the specific order).

 

Here are the shipping timesfor each shipping method we offer: 

 

*  Overnight: next day delivery in the US.

*  Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and Internationally.

*  Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and Internationally, 3-6 days in Canada.

*  Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days Internationally.

*  No rush: 10-20 business days Internationally.

*  Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days Internationally.

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

Our slogans are made with the latest in garment printing technology and the inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen-printed shirts.

 

Product treatment - In order to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest you follow these care instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.Better to wash with like colors. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.

 

Cancelling an order - After placing an order, it’s not possible to modify or edit an order. So once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Confirmation - If you have not received your confirmation email in 6 hours from the purchase, first be sure to check your personal Spam folder, if not there please contact us - hi@wineshiksa.comas fast as possible. We will check what went wrong. 

 

Payment methods - It’s just a start for us, so we accept PayPal and also credit cards as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex.

 

Tracking order - Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat ratemethod may not have tracking available. But mostly they are. Check your conformation Email and our website tracking options.
